Common sense

Just one bowl of #miso soup daily during adulthood was associated with an incredible 61% less risk for breast #cancer death among women. That’s according to one of the largest observational studies ever done in Japan—which also found 25% less heart disease death among miso consuming women. But this is a superfood for everyone: lower risk of death from any cause was seen in both men (7% less risk) and women (9% less) during the 12 years of the study. That directly translates into longer #life. Miso is a fermented food first made around 1500 years ago. It’s rich in vitamin K2, peptides and probiotics that may boost immune function, reduce inflammation and regulate blood pressure.
